Area levels where mobs are harder to kill, but the loot is really good...kinda like World Of Warcraft, and you the player has a level as well... So going to higher level can be very challenging, so for example...you could be one shot by a lvl 20, when your a level 1.

Some towns are made by AI, so you may go to a town one day, and it's very small then when you come back to it, then it could be a city... So you never know what going to happen.
